Dr. Robin Fogarty’s work in professional development is in great demand. Robin’s articles have appeared in Educational Leadership, Phi Delta Kappan and Journal of Staff Development. Catherine received her B.A. in Elementary Education from Loras College and her M.A. in Educational Administration from Governors State University. As Vice President of Kinney and Associates, Cathy supervises site-based and field-based staff, and designs/implements professional development sessions linking curriculum, standards-based assessments, and student achievement. She has been instrumental in the sales and marketing of Kinney and Associates. Her first major publication was Data! Dialogue! Decisions!
As a managing partner, publisher and lead trainer in Robin Fogarty & Associates, Ltd., Brian has worked in and video-taped classroom teachers and professional experts in schools throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. He has an eye for the “teachable moment” and the words to describe what he sees as skillful teaching. Brian’s work on educational videos include: Best Practices: Classroom Management; Best Practices: Active Learning Classrooms. He is co-author of three books: Data Driven Decisions, Twelve Principles that Make the Difference, Nine “Best Practices” That Make the Difference, The Adult Learner and A Look at Transfer.
